Our personal trainers are R.E.P.S level 3 certified PT's, and have a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Personal Training - applied anatomy, physiology and nutrition. They are trained in Strength & Conditioning including Olympic weight lifting and have come from a background of international level sport.  They are truly experienced and qualified to understand where you want to get to and how to get you there.

Rachel is an International Pole Vaulter competing for England.  She grew up competing in high level gymnastics and went on to graduate in sports coaching & sport science.  In 2016 Rachel proved to the athletics world that you can increase physical performance past the age of 30 if you know how to train correctly.

 She brings an encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.  She is proof of how to balance exercise and nutrition with enjoying the finer things in life.

Louis competed for Great Britain as a Decathlete between 2001 - 2009. He learnt from the best coaches in the country in weightlifting and nutrition through to sport specific training and went on to join UK-Athletics as a massage therapist working with Olympic athletes before moving into Strength & Conditioning training a number of world class athletes and individuals from various sports at Loughborough University. Louis is able to deliver training equally efficiently whether it be in your front room or a state of the art gym and has the knowledge to give you realistic goals and time frames.
