Milton Keynes Personal Training was founded by former Great Britain Athlete.  The sole purpose of MKPT is to provide true knowledge and training from experience that is only gained through being a qualified PT, while competing at the highest level in sport and working with the best athletes in the world.

It became apparent to to MKPT that Milton Keynes and surrounding areas had a limited number of professional Personal Training options available.  This is not to say that Milton Keynes has a shortage of Personal Trainers, in fact far from it, with nearly all the local gym chains churning out a conveyor belt of fresh faced, newly qualified personal trainers on a regular basis the city is inundated with newly qualified Personal Trainers.

So why set up yet another outlet for Personal Training in MK? Well the answer is very simple; experience, quality, knowledge and results.  

Having spent the past 3 years delivering specialist niche programs around the MK area Milton Keynes Personal Training noticed that a great number of Personal Trainers fell well below acceptable standards that is expected of a PT, this scared us a lot and we felt there was a dire need for a real Personal Training Service for the citizens on MK and surrounding areas..

Providing a range of Personal Training, Nutrition, Health and Lifestyle Services throughout the Milton Keynes and North London area.  Includes home visits, park training and VYG (visit your gym).

We provide 1-on-1 and group session, our members range from first time fitness participants through to international & professional athletes.  We believe in a fundamental approach to help you get fast results and achieve long term goals more realistically.  We won't baffle you with unnecessary equipment or unrealistic daily regimes.  We treat every person as an individual and find out what works best for you.

5.30am – 10.30pm Weekdays
9am – 3pm Weekends
